X Games Gold medal winner and Freestyle Motocross Icon Cam Sinclair and Vrouw Brooke sell their Cranbourne South Estate-Compleet with a tailor-made motorcross track.
Sinclair, who landed a double backflip famous and organized one of the biggest comebacks of the sport after an almost fatal crash in 2009, said that the building had been “forever at home”, but the family was now ready for more space.
The Motcross track of the building was once a pro-level training facility that he used daily to prepare for international performances.

The open kitchen is equipped with premium finishes and spacious space, designed for both family gatherings and entertaining friends.
“There were foam wells, correct run -up, it was a serious setup,” he said.
“Nowadays it’s for fun. The children love it and I’m still going out with my friends.”
Their house with five bedrooms were built on five hectares more than ten years ago and was formed by the evolving lifestyle of the family, also with a private motor cross track, equestrian sport, swimming pool, pool house and half basketball court.
Mrs. Sinclair said the couple had bought the country while she was pregnant with their first child and both wanted to create a training base for CAM and a quiet place to found a family.
A swimming pool in resort style and pool house create the ultimate summer escape, complete with a bar and full bathroom.
The most important living zone revolves around a fireplace and offers warmth and comfort through the cooler months.
“Cam had always dreamed of driving on his own country, and I just wanted space and calmness, somewhere where we could build something beautiful and raise our children,” she said.
“Every part of it has grown with us, the track, the arena, the pool house, we didn’t all do it at the same time, it has evolved for 13 years.”
Now that their children grow up, they need more space and have decided to sell.
Sinclair’s Games Room acts as a trophy showcase, filled with memorabilia from his x games gold medal career.
Three full bathrooms, including a luxury Guest Ensuite, deliver an elegant style and practical family comfort.
The Ty Luff of McGrath Langwarrin said that the $ 3.3 million house was one of the most complete lifestyle properties he had seen in the area.
“This place goes above and outside, it’s not just courses, it rewrites the checklist,” said Mr Luff.
“It is a dream for families who want it all – the song, the MĆ©nage, the swimming pool, the finishes – and you have five usable hectares to play with.”
The house is built by botanical houses and includes several living zones, a large open kitchen with elegant finishes and three full bathrooms, including an ensuite in the guest wing, now claimed by their daughter.
The tailor -made residence with botanical houses makes a striking explanation against the background of five picturesque hectares.
Every function, from the Arena to the pool house, has evolved for more than 13 years to match the lifestyle of the family.
The pool house, more recently added, includes a complete bathroom, bar and entertaining zone and has become the GO-TO Summer Complex of the family.
“We are in the head living room by the fire or out of the pool,” said Mrs. Sinclair.
“It is really a lifestyle possession, it flows with the seasons and fits every phase of family life.”
The Private Motorcros track, once a pro-level training facility, is now the ultimate playground in the back garden.
The building also has a large shed with safe storage, a bar, wooden stove and toilet, perfect for storing bicycles, equipment or entertainment.
