UFC CEO Dana White plans to invade the White House in June.
Earlier this year, US President Donald Trump ran his heads when he announced that the Ultimate Fighting Championship would organize an event on the lawn on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in 2026. Later, Trump suggested that July 4 would be the date. However, that no longer seems to be the case, according to White.
“It’s more chance of June than July,” White told Zach Gelb. “The president wanted to do it on July 4. The president did not know how stacked his schedule is on July 4. He will be in three different states that day, so it looks more like June.”

Details regarding the event are still scarce, although in a separate appearance The herdWhite revealed that the history of making the UFC in Washington will be a complete acquisition of the capital of the nation.
“The security is becoming a huge issue, because at the end of the day it is the task of the secret service to protect the president, and I don’t know how it will work for letting people live on the Witte House lawn,” White said. ‘It will be less than 5,000 [people] although.”
White added that although the card will probably take place on the South Lawn, this not tens of thousands of fans will house, but he hopes to accommodate them in the neighborhood.
“There is a park that is connected to the White House,” White added. “We could place 85,000 people there with screens, and we are going to place a large stage, do concerts.
“We’re going to take over Washington that whole week.”
