It’s a blockbuster matchup in the NFC Championship game, as the NFC West rival Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks battle for a spot in Super Bowl LX on Sunday afternoon in Seattle. It would be fair to say that these two teams have been the best in the conference pretty much from start to finish this season. However, only one will be left standing – and on its way to Santa Clara.

Let’s take a look at my Rams vs. Seahawks Predictions.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks Odds

Moneyline: Rams +120 / Seahawks -140
Spread: Rams +2.5 (-110) / Seahawks -2.5 (-110)
Total: Over 46.5 (-115) / Under 46.5 (-105)

Los Angeles Rams vs. Los Angeles Rams Seattle Seahawks #1 best bet: Seahawks -2.5 (-105)

The Seahawks really should be bigger favorites this weekend, especially considering that a score of just -2.5 points in Seattle’s favor at home suggests Los Angeles is the better team and would be favored – albeit slightly – on a neutral field. But why? The ‘Hawks won their most recent head-to-head matchup in Week 16 – albeit in overtime – and have seemingly only improved since that game. They completely battered the 49ers in Week 18 to clinch the NFC West, then followed up a first-round upset with a 41-6 humiliation of San Francisco in the divisional round.

This is simply a fantastic place for head coach Mike Macdonald’s team. The team has played just one game since January 3 and has been playing on extra rest since last weekend’s performance on Saturday. Not only did the Rams not get a bye, but they also faced the Bears on Sunday. Both of their playoff games so far have been absolute thrillers and they have traveled all over the country to Carolina, to Chicago and now to Seattle. The Seahawks are more calm, have home field advantage and have been more convincing in recent weeks.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Los Angeles Rams Seattle Seahawks Best Player Prop Bet: Kenneth Walker II Over 85.5 rushing yards (-111)

Zach Charbonnet suffered a torn ACL in Seattle’s win over San Francisco last week, so the backfield is all Walker’s ownership for the remainder of the playoffs. That means he’ll get a lot of carries on Sunday, and he should be able to capitalize on those opportunities. The Rams’ run defense was nothing special during the regular season, giving up 110.8 yards per game on 4.3 yards per carry. They were torched by Walker in two games, as the Michigan State product ran for 167 total yards and two touchdowns on 27 attempts — and that’s when he split time with Charbonnet. He passed for 100 yards on just 11 carries in the Seahawks’ Week 16 win over LA

After Charbonnet went down early in last weekend’s win, Walker converted a season-high 19 carries into 116 yards and three touchdowns. He has gained at least 97 yards in three of the last four games.
