Well, put it this way, if you as NUFC fans had to list the ten most overrated Newcastle United players, I would be baffled if any of you named the player who, according to this report, should have that title.

I don’t always agree with Paul Scholes, but this time he absolutely nailed it.
Sandro Tonali is far from Newcastle United’s ‘most overrated’ player, indeed he is not only Newcastle’s best midfielder (and player), he is also among the best in the Premier League.
Bruno Guimaraes has been a class act for Newcastle United and Joelinton is as influential as he can play, but Sandro Tonali has simply been on another level since his suspension ended 15 months ago.
It’s crazy how so many ignorant people outside of NUFC and the Newcastle United fanbase don’t realize how good Sandro Tonali is.
