San Diego, CA— [11/14/2025] — Future Champions Golf (FCG), one of the world’s fastest growing and most internationally diverse junior golf tours, is pleased to announce the launch of the FCG Japan Tournament Series, officially beginning in January 2026 and running through May 2026. This new series expands FCG’s global footprint and provides junior golfers across Japan with a premier path to the best junior golf championships in the world.
The 2026 FCG Japan Tournament Series will feature a total of five events, with one event held each month from January to May. The season concludes with the FCG City Japan Championship, which serves as both the Tour Championship and the series’ signature event, continuing the 2025 tradition.
A major highlight of the new series is the introduction of the FCG Japan Order of Merit, with players collecting points across all five events. At the conclusion of the FCG City Japan Championship, the Order of Merit’s top performers will qualify for the prestigious 2026 FCG Callaway World Junior Golf Championship, one of the most globally recognized annual junior golf events. Last year the championship welcomed more than 850 players from more than 40 countries.
The Japan Tournament Series marks the beginning of FCG’s commitment to not only Japanese players and players throughout Asia, but also to US College coaches, giving them the opportunity to watch these young golfers as they showcase their talent and skills.
