Next season will be Liverpool’s second return to Adidas kits and designs for the next campaign are already starting to leak online.
High-quality images have recently been seen of the away shirt that will be worn by Arne Slot’s team in 2026/2027.
Liverpool’s 2026/27 Adidas away kit includes:
- A white design with maroon red and gray details
- Adidas’ Trefoil logo and shield-style LFC badge
- An all-over pattern inspired by cards from the 70s
According to Footy headlines and that of Opaleak wal9the shirt will be prevalent white with maroon red and gray detailing.
It is claimed that the subtle, all-over pattern on the body of the shirt is “taken almost exactly from the cards from the 70s”, as seen below:

It is expected to be released in early August and serves as a throwback to the popular kits of the 1970s and 1980s.
Liverpool’s partnership with Adidas will continue with further references to their distinctive history, as has been the case this season with the home, away and third kits.
The bottle green third kit is particularly popular and features the same combination of the Adidas Trefoil logo and previous LFC shield-style badge as next season’s away kit.

Liverpool’s 2026/2027 home kit is expected to be a different design reminiscent of the popular Candy strips of the 1980s, featuring a maroon red shirt with white and gray detailing, almost the opposite of the away kit.
The third shirt is rumored to be black and maroon with silver detailing, a combination not previously seen on a Liverpool kit.
When will Liverpool’s kits be released for next season?

Next season’s Liverpool home kit is scheduled for release Be able to and will be worn on the final day of the Premier League campaign against Brentford on May 24.
The away kit is expected to arrive early August in line with previous releases, while the third kit could be launched late August or early September.
The release of Liverpool’s kits for the current campaign was postponed due to the transfer between manufacturers, as their terms with Nike did not expire until the end of July.
That meant Slot’s side wore last season’s kits for much of pre-season before officially debuting the home kit in back-to-back friendlies against Athletic Club at Anfield on August 4.

From historical figures and moments to autobiographies, there’s something for everyone
