Keeneland on January 2 announced three horses in the third round of supplements for the January sale of horses of all ages January 12-13:
- Serve a 4 year old filly from Prince of Cairo where he was an impressive debut winner Churchill Downs at 2 before finishing second in the 2024 Schuylerville Stakes and qualifying in the Spinaway Stakes (G1), both at Saratoga Race Course. Sherbini has also been placed in the 2024 Rags to Riches Stakes at Churchill and is cataloged as a racing or broodmare and consigned by ELiTE, agent.
- Tiger-like a 4 year old daughter of Tiz the law and one of five black-type artists from Lerici, by Woodman. Tigerish, rated 2, is a half-sister to the grade 1 winner He hates it and winner of class 2 Liguria while she comes from the family of international stars such as the 2018 Canadian Horse of the Year Wonder Gadot and 1996 European champion miler Sign of esteem . Bluegrass Thoroughbred Services, agent, supplies Tigerish as a racing or broodmare.
- mare foal from 2025 Rifle runner shipped by Four Star Sales, agent. Her mother, Dragic by Broken Vow, is a half-sister to Gun Runner’s 2021 junior champion mare Echo Zulu and to the winner of grade 1 Echo City . A multi-stakes artist, Dragic is the mother of Saturday flirting who is undefeated in four starts in North America, including the 2025 Soaring Softly Stakes at Saratoga.
The supplements announced today increase the total number of horses cataloged for sale in January to 1,095.
