The Eclipse Awards, which honor excellence in Thoroughbred racing, are voted on by the NTRA, represented by affiliated track racing officials and Equibase field staff, NTWAB and Daily Racing Form, and produced by the NTRA. The Eclipse Awards finalists announcement on FanDuel TV is sponsored by John Deere, The Jockey Club and NTRA.
FanDuel TV will also broadcast the 55th Annual Resolute Racing Eclipse Awards live on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at The Breakers Palm Beach in Florida. The evening begins with the Red Carpet show at 6:30 PM ET, followed by the awards ceremony at 7:30 PM ET. The ceremony will be co-hosted by Britney Eurton and Lindsay Czarniak, and Caton Bredar will again serve as ceremony announcer. The evening ends with the announcement of the Horse of the Year 2025. The finalists in the Horse of the Year category will also be announced earlier that evening.
This year there will be another Eclipse Awards Charity Golf Tournament in aid of the PDJF, which will be held on the Thursday morning prior to the awards ceremony at The Ocean Course at The Breakers. In addition, one lucky fan and a guest will have a chance to attend this year’s show as part of the Resolute Racing Eclipse Awards Sweepstakes. The grand prize winner and their guest will also join Resolute Racing at the Pegasus World Cup. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion and entries can be made on the NTRA website, or its social media channels, and the Resolute Racing website, or its social media channels. Fans can enter the competition by entering their name, information and explanation of why they want to win this unique experience. Entries are now open online and will continue through January 9 at 11:59 PM ET, with the winner drawn on January 10.
