The Local Organizer Committee (LOC) invites international referees to officer at the upcoming events Wtt -star rod muscat: 17.11 – 22.11.2025
It is an open invitation, which is why not all submissions can be accepted.
Each member association can only request 1 referee.
Only online nominations submitted by BonaFide National Associations will be considered
Full hospitality is provided in two rooms, from dinner on the day before the event starts to have breakfast on the day after the event ends.
LOC covers the costs of your economy airline tickets, including 1 piece of checked luggage up to 500 USD
A copy of the receipt + ticket issued by the airline must be provided to LOC on arrival.
Traveling and medical insurance are recommended and are at your own expense.
Local transport will be provided to and from Muscat International Airport
If a nominated referee requires a visa, send friendly relevant details After the selection (Full name such as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiration date of passport) to Hundreds of Mohammed ” Omatrvel9@gmail.com
An invitation letter will be provided. Keep in mind that all costs related to the visa application are the responsibility of the applicant and the issue of a visa is at his own discretion of the relevant consulate or embassy.
Every foreign referee receives a daily fee by WTT, per match day:
Gold Badge referees: 130 USD
Blue Badge referees: 105 USD
Blue Badge referees in progress: 70 USD
White Badge Umpires: 70 USD
The day of your arrival and in the case of a day off, WTT will pay 50% of the daily fee
The closing date for nominations is 17one September 2025 @ 2 p.m.
