Back pain is one of the most common, persistent annoyances for a large part of the Americans.

He noted that the movement can be particularly useful for stiffness and / or ‘lack of rear chain control’, or problems with coordinating lower back and pelvic muscles.

“First focus on segmental spinal control – no weight, slow pace and small range,” he said. “Once comfortably you can gradually add resistance.”
