Buick was on a role due to the first half of 2025, when sales rose by 29% – no other mainstream brand did better. It is not just a matter of old customers who turn back to the brand, because GM says that 74% of the company’s turnover went the first half of Buick buyers. Customers can also be brave from the fact that although rates can deposit the hope and dreams of Buick, the brand has no current plans to increase prices.

There is even good news of it Consumer reportsAt least relatively speaking. Now CR is now in ninth place among the regular brands for 2025 and 17th compared to the industry as a whole. But at zero about today’s subject, CR continued report That Buick also provides surprisingly high numbers when it comes to new assessments of car trustability.

Buick was in fact literally the number one of the American car brand in CR’s recent ranking of average predicted reliability. It was essentially also the best domestic brand in the overall ranking of CR. Ironically, the only higher -ranked American brand was Chrysler – Chrysler insists that it is still a car company, despite the fact that it only sold a few versions of a single minibus.

The individual models of Buick also had their share in positive results, with the Envista, Envision and Enclave All CR’s badge or recommendation. Only the Encore GX subcompact SUV missed the cut.

Buick’s most reliable vehicles are the enclave and in mind

The four current Buick models ended at two different levels in the CR ranking list. The Enclave and Envision ended within one point of each other for the overall score – the Envista and Encore GX also received the general scores within one point apart, but the first pair shot the last two with a noticeable margin.

The actual score details are the property of CR, but we can tell you that the enclave – the first Buick with Super Cruise – took first place, both general and for reliability. The enclave finished seventh in its segment for average predicted reliability. When it comes to three rows of medium -sized SUVs from domestic brands, the enclave tied with the Chevrolet Traverse for the top location in general.

The Buick Envision was confronted with harder competition in the compact SUV category, including the Subaru Forester and Forester Hybrid, both extremely close to earning perfect predicted reliability scores from CR. The show was good that pace from 19th place checked in his segment for predicted reliability and fourth in terms of models of the domestic brands. However, CR has several versions of the same model separately, such as the Forester and the Forester Hybrid. As a result, the top nine places for average predicted reliability in the Sub-compact SUV class contain only three nameplates, including five variants of the Toyota RAV4 and two of the Mazda CX-5.

The Buick Envista and Encore GX earned lower scores

The Envista is the third of the CR-advanced vehicles from Buick, and predicted reliability is an important part of that success. Also, again, the Envista follows the Buick -Playbook with a reliability performance that exceeds all domestic competitors in the small Sedan/Hatchback category, while the number of foreign competitors is well.

However, one quick disclaimer is needed: although CR regards the Envista as part of the small sedans/hatchbacks group, that category not only includes cars such as the Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra, but also small crossovers such as the Kia Soul, Nissan Kicks and Chrols. Ultimately, the position of the Envista was linked as a top-inland model to 17th place in general for predicted average reliability. This general reliability is part of why we mentioned the Buick Envista the affordable entry -level vehicle that we really need.

CR took points from the Encore GX because they were less refined than other sub -compact SUVs in his class and offered an under -average assessment for predicted customer satisfaction. The Encore GX also scored poorly in terms of predicted reliability. The covenant with the Kia Seltos for the second worst reliability score in the class, where only the Volkswagen Taos did worse. Regarding domestic brands in the same class, the Encore GX came directly behind the Ford Bronco Sport and far below the Chevrolet Trailblazer, the only two domestic competitors falling under CR.
