Grayscale Chainlink Trust to convert ETF
A registration report form “S-1 Application Document (Form ($ 3.48) S-1)” for converting the Investment Trust “Grayscale Chainlink Trust (GLNK)” Van Cryptocurrency (Cryptocurrency) was accepted (link ($ 23.19) with the ETFrad) Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on 5th 5th 5th.
GLNK is an investment confidence aimed at accredited investors, which was released in May 2022 by Cryptocurrency Management Company. NAV (net asset value) per share is calculated on the basis of the Coindesk Chainlink Price Index (LNX).
According to the documents submitted this time, the trust is planned to be mentioned in the US Stock Exchange Nyse Arca as an ETF linked to Link’s physical price. The ticker symbol for the trust is also planned as “GLNK” as it is currently. In accordance with the offer on NYSE Arkar, the Trust intends to change its name to “Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF.”
The Trustee of the Trust will be CSC Delaware Trust in Delaware, USA. The preservator is said to be Coinbase’s custody. The Bank of New York Mellon is designated as manager and a transfer agent.
By the way, on 26 August, the American cryptocurrency management company Bitwise submitted an S-1 application for Link’s Physical ETF, the Bitwise Chainlink ETF, to the SEC.
