It was a painful week for Bitcoin, because the price fell from more than $ 115,000 last weekend to a monthly low of less than $ 109,000 before it was able to restore some site on Friday evening, to be stopped at $ 110,000.
Although most Altcoins have not produced impressive increases since yesterday, MyX and XPL emerged as top performers.
BTC stopped at $ 110k
Remember that the primary cryptocurrency shot up to $ 118,000 last Thursday after the American Fed had rotated from the monetary policy of 2025 and eventually reduced the most important interest rates. However, that rally was short-lived and BTC quickly returned to $ 115,000 $ 116,000 for the weekend.
However, the actual correction still had to take place. Bitcoin initially dropped by more than five Grand on Monday and fell to $ 112,000. After a new short recovery attempt, the bears continued to exert pressure on the active at the end of the week.
The highlight, at least for the time being, took place on Friday morning when BTC fell below $ 109,000 for the first time since the start of the month. It bounced in the evening trading session and even exceeded $ 110,000, but it was quickly stopped there and now acts far below that line.
Market capitalization has also fallen to $ 2,175 trillion on CG, while the dominance over the Altcoins is long by 56.5%.
XPL Rockets
Most altcoins were erased during the market -wide crash and ETH was one of the poorest artists. The second largest crypto-active went from around $ 4,500 to a low of more than $ 3,900. It recovered some land and jumped above $ 4,000 shortly yesterday, but it is now below.
On a daily scale, most more CAP alts are somewhat in the green but in a modest way. More impressive daily profits come from IP, which was shot with 14%, WLFI (5%), MNT (5%) and Wld (4%).
The recently launched plasma (XPL) has won the most (22%) today, followed by MyX’s 18% increase.
The total crypto market capitalization remains slow at $ 3,850 trillion after losing more than $ 300 billion in a week.
