As a young boy, St-Pierre worked the fields of his native St-Islandore Harvest Pepers, and then a natural opportunity arose when he met Lord to create a completely natural, real Canadian hot sauce.

The first sauce, “Rush” is a play at the nickname of the former champion. Made with their oak barrel fermented jalapeño and habanero puree and mixed with roasted peppers and onions, sesame oil, black garlic and lemon juice. Axle -duct syrup adds a touch of sweetness and the rice vinegar a smooth and delicate general balance.

For those who love a hot sauce, there is KO that is not for the lightweight hot sauce user.

Ko is a turbo -loaded heat bomb version of Rush.

Made from oak barrel fermented Habanero and Carolina Reaper and mixed with roasted bell pepper and onions, black garlic, sesame oil, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar, KO is a unique tasteful sauce, if you can handle the heat.

The Carolina Reaper in the KO is a three -year fermentation, so that a very distinctive complexion is brought to the taste while the persistent heat of the pepper is kept.
