As we have stated many times, Leicester will not see any points deduction at all. There is no evidence whatsoever. Former Leicester player Gary Lineker has serious doubts about the discussion about this. He believes there is no real case, as we have said all along.
The doomsday prophets are there to talk about possible outcomes. They speculate about what might happen if certain events occur. However, the Dorset’s, Football Insider’s and Percy’s can simply ignore their predictions. These predictions have no substance whatsoever.
I prefer listening to Gary Lineker. He has the right spirit and tone regarding this hopeless PSR system. The setup isn’t really worth what it’s written on. We receive storms of responses from fans who would like to see their own club get into trouble. They have paraded against the current owner and DOF. They have their own agenda. They would like to see the people who run this football club punished harshly. This is an attempt to gain some kind of momentum for their negative approach over the past two years.
We don’t have a crystal ball that can tell us the outcome of the hearings. It cannot show us what will happen next. However, we believe that the fog in the EFL and PL offices is so thick. They won’t get through with this charade.
Certain fans posted us. They said all loopholes have been closed. A chance to get away seems impossible this time. We never answer these comments because they are only negative predictions. You cannot apply new rules to old sanctions and regulations, that is not possible, far from correct.
Leicester have not breached anything since new rules and regulations came into effect. You can definitely go back and set new standards. However, it can hardly apply to cases from previous seasons where this was not the law. So this looks difficult.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. Any points deduction will not be accepted by Leicester. They will fight this to the bitter end. We have mentioned this many times. Leicester has many reasons to appeal. One reason is the situation around Man City.
There are many reasons why sanctions cannot be imposed. We have listed these reasons previously. However, the situation at Manchester City makes it difficult for any club to impose sanctions. Forest and Everton were deducted. It did not affect their status as a top flight club. In their case, they can just let it pass and accept it.
If deductions are made, Leicester could miss out on direct promotion, a play-off position or relegation. The club will fight until the end of the season. Hopefully this effort will help the club avoid sanctions this time.
