Instructions:
Let’s start by preparing the base. Beat the liquid egg whites into a foam with a pinch salty. Gradual sprinkle in erythritolthat you have ground it into powder in advance, spoon by spoon, while continuously beating. Beat the egg whites until they are thick, firm and glossy. This may take a while 10 minutes. Finally, briefly whisk in the mixture lemon juicestarch, and beet powder.
Shape the egg white mixture into a heart on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The center should be lower, the edges higher. Preheat the oven 100°C and fry the egg whites in it for about 90 minutes.

After baking, open the oven slightly and let the pavlova cool completely to prevent cracking.
Season it lightly soft cheese of flavor drops. There’s no need to make it too sweet; the base is sweet enough. Place the cottage cheese in the center of the pavlova and then decorate it with slices freeze-dried strawberries. Then you can serve it immediately.
