Instructions:
We start by preparing the cream. Cook milk with vanilla, cane sugar and pudding until thickened. Stir the egg white add to the hot pudding, cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely.
Then we proceed to preparing the dough. Mix the oat flakes in a food processor with walnuts, dates And cocoa. Add cashew butter, lemon juicemilk and possibly rum flavoring and mix again. We should get a compact, not too sticky mixture.
We then take a piece of the entire mixture (we made 18) and press it into the nesting molds.

In the center we make a cavity (with a spoon or ladle), in which we pipe the cream using a piping bag. Finally, we cover it with a biscuit and when everything is ready, we sprinkle it with it powdered sugar.
