The US Open 2025 starts with more tennis than ever before. On August 18, ESPN will start his reporting on a new extensive schedule of three weeks with 15 days of competition, improved fan weekend experiences and a re -conceived championship mixed Doubles. New this year during Fan Week is the mixed Doublesnooi that is completely re -conceived with teams with eight men and six women in the top 10 in Singles and nine Grand Slam champions fighting for $ 1 million in championship money. Rounds one and two air Tuesday, August 19 at 11 am et out on ESPN2 and ESPN+ and at 1 pm on Espnews and ESPN+. The mixed double semi -final and last air on Wednesday 20 August at 7 p.m. at ESPN2.
Mixed Doubles teams contain prominent American players: Venus Williams and Reilly Opelka; Emma Navarro and Jannik Sinner; Amanda Anisimova and Holger Rune; Elena Rybakina and Taylor Fritz; Madison Keys and Frances Tiafoe; Jessica Pegula and Tommy Paul; Taylor Townsend and Ben Shelton.
The closing of the week is ‘Stars of the Open’, a fun, fan-oriented exhibition match with Coco Gauff, Andre Agassi, Venus Williams, JoĆ£o Fonseca, Andy Roddick, John Mcenroe, Juan MartĆn del Potro, Dana Mathewson, Casey Ratzlaff and more. The competition is presented on ESPN2 on August 21 at 7 p.m.
After Fan Week, ESPN presents exclusive coverage “First Ball to Last Ball” from the US Open 2025. For the first time, the coverage starts on Sunday 24 August at 12.00 and on ABC, a day earlier than the traditional Monday start and the tournament expanded to a 15-day event.
