UFC boss Dana White has rejected the statement of Conor McGregor that the Irishman with the US government is negotiating his potential fight in the White House next year.

For the longest time, Conor McGregor has made it clear that he wants to fight on the proposed UFC Witte Huis card next year. We have not seen him fight in the cage for more than four years, but now he seems to be quite ready to fight against what is becoming a blockbuster event.

Conor McGregor recently suggested that he negotiated directly with the White House about his appearance on the map. As you can imagine, this attracted quite a few eyebrows.

At the UFC 320 post-fighting conference, Dana White gave an update on the status of Conor McGregor after ‘Notorious’ claimed that it was confirmed that he would compete.

Dana White discusses the status of UFC White House of Conor McGregor

“We are still talking about production and how everything will work in the White House,” White told MMA Junkie and other reporters during the UFC 320 Post-Fight News Conference. “We have not yet started negotiating battles for the White House. That will not even start until February. I have made it clear that Conor wants to fight on that card, and you can clearly see that Conor is very fired to fight on that card, but nothing is being done and no fighting is being negotiated with the White House.”

“If you look at what we look at the barrel of now, we will go on a new network on Paramount, and we have to deliver a huge, incredible card in January,” White said. “Then in February we will look at building the White House card, which I will now tell you will be the largest fight card ever collected in the history of this company.”
