Oh Look Magic (Chris Page) was forced to the top from outpost #6 and led the field past the opening quarter in:28.
Cecil Hanover was not satisfied with the pocket trip and retook the lead well before the half mile station in an informal: 57.3.
Mohatu As (Tony Hall) was the first to take action and provided the necessary cover for Prince Of Honor (Sam Widger).
The compact group of trotters passed the three-quarter mark in 1:26.1.
Prince Of Honor made a break on the far turn, leaving plenty of room for Oh Look Magic and Drink Up Drink Up to make late rallies.
But Cecil Hanover stayed ahead of Oh Look Magic by three quarters in 1:53.4. Drink Up Drink Up was a further 2 ½ lengths back in third.

The five-year-old gelding son of Chapter Seven won for the fifth time this season and for the fourteenth time in his career.

In the $14,000 fitness trot, the heavily favored Gimpanzee Dancer (Jeremy Smith) came from far back to score a half-length victory.
Sweet Mr Pinetucky (Marvin Luna) and Roberts Hanover (Kayne Kauffman) were the fastest of the wings, but In The End (Chris Page) scored before the opening quarter in:28.
Team Bravo (Charles Bolen) was left out and had to come first at halftime in:57.
Back in seventh place with over-coverage, Gimpanzee Dancer was at the half in:57 and sixth at the three-quarters in 1:25.3.
Gimpanzee Dancer went wide around the final turn and had the leader measured and sipped in The End in 1:57.3.
Robert’s Hanover was well ahead of Forceful Power (Hugh Beatty) for third place.
The second son of Gimpanzee is co-owned by trainer Chrisopher Beaver, breeder Derek Ivany and Carolina Acosta.
Jeremy Smith would win four that day, tying Chris Page for the most on the 14-race card.
