The Boston Celtics leaned on elite perimeter shooting and balanced scoring to roll past the Indiana Pacers 140-122 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday night.

Jaylen Brown led all scorers with 30 points, while Payton Pritchard added 29 as the Celtics started a five-game road trip with their fourth straight win.

Boston knocked down 20 3-pointers on 39 attempts, finishing at a 51.3 percent clip from deep and overwhelming Indiana with consistent spacing.

Brown, who entered the night averaging 29.4 points, shot 13 of 20 from the field and combined downhill attacks with timely perimeter looks.

Pritchard delivered one of his most complete games of the season, hitting three triples, pulling down nine rebounds and controlling the tempo during extended stretches.

The Celtics’ bench made a decisive impact on the game in the second quarter, highlighted by Sam Hauser, who scored 23 points on 7-of-8 shooting from beyond the arc.

Derrick White added 21 points, including three 3-pointers, as Boston put five players in double figures.

Indiana struck first, building a 15-point lead midway through the opening quarter, attacking early before Boston settled down defensively.

The Celtics methodically erased the deficit and then seized control with six three-pointers during a 47-point second quarter to take a 75–61 halftime lead.

Boston’s ball movement remained sharp after the break, creating clean perimeter looks while limiting transition opportunities for the Pacers.

Indiana shot well from deep with 18 3-pointers of its own, but couldn’t keep up the pace as Boston consistently answered every point.

Andrew Nembhard led the Pacers with 18 points and four 3-pointers while dishing out eight assists.

Bennedict Mathurin and Pascal Siakam combined to score 24 points, though Indiana struggled to string together stops.

The Pacers fell to 6-25, dropping another home game despite solid offensive stretches and 41 percent shooting from long range.

Boston finished the night shooting 57 percent overall and committed just 12 turnovers, a key factor in maintaining the offensive pressure.

The Celtics also had a 43-35 lead on the glass, limiting second-chance opportunities and maintaining control late.

Boston (19-11) continues its trip Sunday with a visit to the Portland Trail Blazers, while Indiana (6-25) faces the Miami Heat on Saturday.
