Although the ducks missed offense, they certainly had no spirit or physicality. The game contained a pretty handful of fighting (and their associated penalties). In the second period, the Konnor Smith and Sharks’ Carson Wetsch of the Ducks each received five minutes of Majors for fighting. Wetsch received an extra rough fine later in the period. The third period was when physicality was really steam, with four more fights, while Will Francis received three separate penalties in the third period alone. It is clear that the rookies were unable to control their emotions and refine their play before they start playing at the NHL level. However, it was all fun, and an almost sold out crowd in Great Park Ice liked to see different sides of their young players. The match ended in a 6-3 victory for San Jose.

Ducks versus kings

For a long time rivals stood opposite each other on Sunday afternoon and performed a nice “Freeway Faceoff” at Great Park Ice. The kings came out of a loss of 8-6 for the sharks the previous day, so they were particularly hungry for a victory. The ducks were again surpassed by their rivals After a particularly dominant second period of the kings. Kenny Connors was the star of the show, which was credited two goals in less than a minute. One of these goals was technically his own goal from Ducks’ goalkeeper Tomas Suchanek, who was later relieved by Mcivor. Connors concluded his great performance with a goals with an empty net in the third period to complete the hat trick. Koehn Ziemmer also scored in the second period. The ducks narrowed a shutout when Forward Tim Wane appeared again and scored early in the third period, although his efforts were not enough to win a victory. The game was, similar to Game One, a physical affair. The Jared Wright and Anaheim’s Jaxsen Wiebe dropped the gloves in the first period. The second periods of penalties were the Konnor Smith show, in which the defender of the Ducks was assessed for a total of 17 minutes after fisticuffs with Nate Corbet (he received a two-minute instigating minor, a five-minute fight Major, and a 10-minute Wangeduct for just 20 years. The faceoff.

Although it is disappointing for Ducks fans that their rookies were unable to win a victory, all hope is not lost. There is a wealth of talent, skills and elite power in the Rookie pipeline of the ducks. Players such as Beckett Sennecke, Washe and Nico Myatovic performed well and performed well in their respective Junior-level teams. These young players will continue to refine their game and sharpen their skills, prepare for the task of coming to the NHL one day. The veterans of the Ducks will start on Thursday with training camp in Great Park ICE, with training for public-oriented training-“Fan Camp” that takes place on Saturday 20 September.
