The Asian Development Bank is set to finance improvements on the railway infrastructure of Pakistan, which takes over China after long -term delays in securing Chinese financing that runs the risk of influencing a crucial mine company cited by Reuters.The first plan for renovating 1,800 km of railways was an important part of the Chinese investment initiative of $ 60 billion in Pakistan, announced in 2015 as part of the Belt and Road Initiative. The railway system supported by ADB will improve the rail system for faster diesel train activities between Karachi and Rohri.The project stands for extra challenges, including security problems in the province of Balochistan, where militant activities often focus on rail infrastructure.
