IU’s first characteristic non-conference game for the 2025-26-marquette season now has a tip time and TV indication.
Also in the edition of this week of 6-banner Sunday: Bracketology, ITH and Umhoops started their annual Big Ten player rankings and the seasonal victory of football. We will end with weekly shows and a look at other Hoosier sports, which was emphasized by volleyball that would overcome in their first weekend of the competition.

Banner #1-tip time and TV indication set for iU-marquette in Chicago
Although the Puerto Rico exhibition games have long passed, there is still a whole fall of non-conference game on later in the semester. The first characteristic matchup of these games will take place on Sunday, November 9 against Marquette.
Although this confrontation in the United Center in Chicago already had a date and place, it now has a time. This will be at 1 p.m. and broadcast by ESPN.
Banner #2 – ESPN releases a new bracketology for 2026 NCAA Tournament
A completely new selection will be a difference that Hoosiers fans cancels for this coming season 2025-2026. As a result, how well the team is a considerably unknown.
That is why IU is mentioned as a bubble team in the latest bracket from Joe Lunardi. They belong to the “first four out” according to his projection.
Banner #3-Rith and Umhoops rank the Top 40 Big Ten players for the 2025-26 season
Now that the season is getting closer, started in the hall and Umhoops started a series that reproduced the coming season. This looks at the top 40 players in the Big ten. So far, numbers 21-40 have been unveiled, where Lamar Wilkerson is the only Hoosier player who appears at number 29.
Banner #4 – Iu Football Beats Old Dominion to open the 2025 season
While 6-banner is a basketball-oriented column, the success of Iu Football led to unprecedented excitement between fans and increased media attention for the program in 2024. As a result, 6-banner, assemblage, the home network and in the hall, now offer more coverage of the Hoosier team on the Gridiron.
The expectations are high that Indiana can come close to last year’s success. This weekend was the season opener against Old Dominion, and despite some carelessness and rust sometimes, the Hoosiers drove to one relatively Simple 27-14 victory.
Problems with short Yardage and attacking line game near the goal line kept the result of a complete eruption. A strong defensive effort outside of two plays, however, ensured that IU was never in a real danger to lose.
Pre-conference game will continue next Saturday. The cream and the karmozer red will again be the heavy favorites, because they are confronted with Kennesaw State at 12 o’clock at FS1.

In the podcast of the hall on the edge this week returned. Then, Jordan Majewski from Basket Under Review, joined the program to discuss the coming season of IU.
