Batavia, NY -New York Sire Stake 2-year-old Pacing Fillies invaded Thursday (August 14) in Batavia Downs to compete for $ 110,000 in the wallet money in two harness racing divisions and both winners did it in Gate To-Wire Mode.
The first division went for $ 54,500 and Liberty Style (American ideal-Fly in style) fulfilled its invoicing.
Kevin Cummings pushed the Liberty style from the gate to the lead and came to it: 27.3 quarter on top with a Gapped -Marge. While the field followed loosely, Liberty Style continued to dictate the pace to half in: 57 and three -quarters in 1: 26.1 with opportunities on Enigma (Matt Kakaley) now straight on her back.
