Zun wrong to make it enormously frustrating player rolling for nothing this summer

The Phoenix Suns have installed a number of schedules this season, and they may not be ready yet. There is still rumors that they push hard to try for Jonathan Kuminga of the Golden State Warriors, even if he would seem to go to another team in the Western Conference.

Even when the Suns have finished filling in their schedule prior to the following season, there has been a clear change in the direction. That is why you can expect that many of the following season lose, because the team has become a lot younger and have to figure out how you can get the best out of three rookies and a few returns in Ryan Dunn and Oso ighodaro.

This schedule would have been perfect for enigmatic ball ball.

A player who will not be back in 2025-26 is Bol Bol. The mysterious guy with surveillance skills that are stuck in an elongated body, apparently without use for the Suns and their first time head coach Jordan Ott. Since he spent the two full seasons, Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal in the city were not much chance, that feels like a mistake. A reconstruction selection is where he thrives.

We saw this earlier with the Orlando Magic, when Bol got the chance to impress there, he played so well that it was probably what the Suns convinced to take a chance to take him later. It did not lead to a kind of winning, but that will not happen in Phoenix next year. If there was ever a time to see if he could be something in this competition, it was on this roster when it comes out what it is.

Playing with Devin Booker would have helped, as well as players such as Dunn, Yighodaro and Dillon Brooks who actually want to defend. Durant certainly seemed to take care of Bol when they were teammates, but that was not the best situation for Bol. He would never get shots next to his Hall of Fame -mentor, and the sun as a whole did not defend, well … ever.

Before that, the scapegoat became, what did you think they would sit down to Durant instead? But now that there are real defenders in the valley – and with the organization that changes the culture and playing style of the selection of the selection this summer – it seems a pity that Bol’s unique offensive skills get the chance to shine there.

Fans need something to cheer for all the losses, and Bol could have offered that. At a more practical level, he is South -Sudanese just like Rookie Kaman Maluach. Who better than a fellow countryman for an 18-year-old child to learn from. Bol knows what it is like to move through the competition, and could have been the durant of Maluach’s ball.

We will never see that now, although there can still be hope. Bol does not remain signed and there is not even talk of him who is on his way to Europe to try to accommodate his career. There is no room in Phoenix for him now, but that does not mean that there will not always be that. The suns stayed with bulb longer than anyone ever – but when the time arrived to use it – they let him walk instead.
