Columbia Senior Michael Zheng has saved two competition points to extend his ATP Challenger Winning Streak to ten, with a 3-6, 6-3, 7-5 victory over no. 7 Seed Martin Damm Columbus Ohio.
Zheng served on 4-5 in the third set and was 15-40, but saved the first match point with a volley winner and the second with an overhead winner. He then broke Damm and closed the championship at his first competition.
Zheng, who won his first ATP Challenger title in Chicago last month, is a maximum of 227 in the ATP Live Rankings, making it in an excellent position for Australian Open -qualification in January. He was on the first acceptance list for next week’s all-American Championships in Tulsa; With the main table that only starts on Wednesday, it is possible that he will play. A quarter -final appearance would be him in November in November in the NCAA Singles Championships, where he would be the title defender.
The second placed Taraba Wallberg, who won the J500 in Egypt in Clay in February, defeated top seeds Charo Esquiva Banuls from Spain 6-4, 7-6 (2) for her first J300 title.

No. 3 Seed McDonald, the Roland Garros Boys Champion 2025, defeated Top Zaad Yannick Alexandrescou of Romania 6-2, 7-5 for his first J300 title.
McDonald was not the only Roland Garros champion who earned a title in the European championships, with the girls double winners in Paris, Eva Benemann and Sonja Zhenikhova of Germany who duplicate their victory in Austria. The best seeds defeated the ungusted Polish team of Amelia Paszun and Inka Wawrzkiewicz 6-4, 7-6 (2) in the final.
No. 8 seeds Raffaele Ciurnelli and Matteo Gribaldo of Italy claimed the title of the boys, in which no. 5 seeds Xavi Palomar and Sergio Planella Hernandez of Spain from Spain 7-5, 6-1 defeated.
Below are those in pre -qualification that have been implemented to the qualification. I was struck, not for the first time, by how few players placed qualified.
