After returning from the Munich Security Conference, Zelenskyy praised the drone production line in cooperation with Germany in a video message to Ukrainians. He added that Kiev expects to hold meetings with world leaders on new energy packages.
The Ukrainian President said: “I am back in Kiev after two intense days at the Munich Security Conference. There have been many meetings, but most importantly, there will be new support packages for Ukraine. The main priority is missiles for air defense, for protection against ballistic missiles. That is why we discussed this in Munich, including with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. We hope that the agreements will work if necessary. Thanks to Germany, we have a new production line for drones and we will continue these efforts in the field of joint development, joint production and pan-European projects.” programs and financial instruments.”

In addition, he asked the public to heed air raid warnings.
“Several cold days lie ahead, and everyone has already seen how the Russians are taking advantage of this. Take care of yourself and listen to the warnings of air strikes. We are in constant contact with all partners and emphasize that each of these threats only worsens the prospects for ending the war,” Zelenskiy said.
In Munich, Zelenskyy had unveiled the German-Ukrainian joint venture for the production of drones for the Ukrainian army. In an X post, he said the drone line is “battle tested and powered by AI.”
The United Kingdom also announced a new air defense package worth more than 500 million euros for Ukraine.
This comes against the backdrop of a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, Russia and the US, expected to take place in Geneva on February 17 and 18.
