Silva recently stopped Tyron Woodley via second-round TKO in their boxing match on the undercard Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua. Meanwhile, Romero scored a victory over Pat Downey under the Real American Freestyle wrestling banner.
The Schmo caught up with “Solider of God,” who said a showdown with “The Spider” is on his radar (via MMAmania).

Silva called up Chris Weidman after his win over Woodley as the two were initially set to clash last Friday. Weidman had to withdraw from the fight due to an injury. The ‘All American’ announced on social media his plan to share the ring with Silva once he is allowed to compete again.
As for Romero, he will also be eyeing a previously scheduled RAF bout against UFC middleweight Bo Nickal. Downey eventually replaced Nickal. Romero vs. Nickal is indeed scheduled again for January 10.
