Six fantastic matches, one huge weekend!

England’s opponents at the ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships Finals London 2026 were confirmed in this week’s draw.

Now the detailed schedule can be revealed, so fans know exactly when they can watch the England men’s and women’s teams compete against some of the biggest stars in the world in a mouth-watering opening weekend at Wembley.

First on the pitch at OVO Arena Wembley, England’s Table 2 women will take on the might of second seeds Japan, with Stage 1a kicking off at 10am.

They will be followed by the men’s team who will take on China’s megastars, 23-time winners and defending champions, on Table 1. The match is scheduled for 12.30pm.

This delicious double-header takes place during the morning session on Saturday 2 May (Event Session 9) and tickets are sure to go fast, so act now and don’t miss out!

Matches of the women’s team are also scheduled from 10 a.m.: China against Romania, South Korea against Chinese Taipei and Germany against France.

From 12.30pm you can also watch the men’s team matches between Japan vs Germany, Sweden vs South Korea and France vs Chinese Taipei in addition to England’s big match.

The evening session on Saturday 2 May (event session 10) features another brilliant double-header, with the England women meeting European champions Germany and the men taking on Sweden.

The women will be seated at table 1 at 5 p.m. and the men are expected at the same table at 7:30 p.m.

Also being played at 5 p.m. are Japan vs. France, South Korea vs. Romania and China vs. Chinese Taipei in the women’s team.

From 7.30 pm, watch the men’s team matches as well as England: Japan against Chinese Taipei, France against Germany and China against South Korea.

On Sunday 3 May, the England women will face France on Table 3 in the first session at 12.30pm (event session 11).

Also at 12:30 p.m.: China vs. Sweden (men), Japan vs. Germany (women) and China vs. the Republic of Korea (women).

England men meet Korea Republic (South Korea) on Table 1 at 5:00 PM in the second session (Event Session 12).

Also at 5 p.m.: France vs. Japan (men), Chinese Taipei vs. Romania (women) and Germany vs. Chinese Taipei (men).

Again, is a day pass the best way to guarantee you can see every match on Sunday, including two England games? The 5% discount also applies – but we only have the last few left, so be quick!

The results from Phase 1a will determine the seeding positions the countries will take in Phase 2, which starts with the Round of 32 on Bank Holiday Monday 4 May.

England are guaranteed at least one more match when Phase 2 gets underway, although the Round of 32 continues until Tuesday, May 5 and the schedule cannot be confirmed until after Phase 1a. But there are sure to be some sensational matches when the knockouts start!
