Week 7 Streaming Options (Fantasy Football 2025) | PlayerProfiler

At this point in the season, it’s becoming difficult to find streaming options on the fantasy football waiver wire. Some fantasy managers are picking up strong options to counter bye weeks. Others are trying to keep their lineups afloat due to injuries.

Either way, being able to identify and add under-the-radar players as streaming options could be the difference between making the playoffs or burning out.

This article will focus on players who are available in at least 50% of Yahoo leagues, as well as some deep sleepers who are listed in less than 20% of leagues. Without further ado, here are Week 7’s best streaming options at each position.

Week 7 Quarterback Streaming Options

Spencer Rattler, New Orleans Saints at Chicago Bears (7% selected)

Spencer Rattler won the Saints’ quarterback job over 2025 second-round pick Tyler Shough this offseason and has given the team very little reason to turn to the rookie (other than their win/loss record).

From a fantasy perspective, Rattler’s production has rarely yielded useful weeks. He has just one top 12 finish this season (QB10 in Week 2, 21.7 points) and one additional top 20 finish (QB19 in Week 5, 16.1 points). Rattler is completing 68.5% of his passes this season and has six touchdowns behind one interception. He has also recorded at least four carries in five of his six games.

Spencer Rattler profile for advanced stats and stats

The second-year quarterback has had back-to-back games in which he has posted a career-high in yards per attempt, averaging 7.3 in Week 5 and 8.7 in Week 6. Rattler’s newfound willingness to push the ball down the field, combined with his situational rushing ability, does give him a bit of an advantage in fantasy.

His Week 7 opponent, the Chicago Bears, has an offense that can create a negative play script for the Saints and a defense that can be exploited through the air. Chicago has generated the second-most interceptions this season (eight), but they can also be caught gambling and giving up big plays. Hopefully that’s enough for Rattler to have a solid day.

Deep Sleeper: Dillon Gabriel, Cleveland Browns vs Miami Dolphins (5% selected)

Dillon Gabriel has had one solid fantasy performance (16.1 points, QB19) and one subpar performance (8.8 points, QB27) in his two starts this season. Since taking over as Browns starter, Gabriel has attempted 85 passes in two games, but is completing less than 58% of his passes.

However, the rookie’s Week 7 game against the Miami Dolphins is too good to ignore. Quarterbacks are averaging the second-most fantasy points per game against Miami this season (22.8) with 1,403 passing yards, 11 touchdowns and one interception in six games. The Dolphins have also surrendered the most rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks this season (four).

Gabriel’s early returns haven’t been great, but he can match up against an undersized opponent in Week 7.

Looking back at streaming options week 7

Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans vs New England Patriots (27% selected)

Tyjae Spears missed the first four games of the season on Injured Reserve with a high ankle sprain. The third-year running back returned to the field in Week 5 with a modest performance (four carries for 14 yards on a 25.4% rush share).

Fortunately, Spears saw a significant role increase in his second week. His quick share rose to 59%. He also saw more involvement in the passing attack, catching all four of his targets for 19 yards after receiving zero targets in his debut.

The Titans’ offense will look different now that head coach Brian Callahan has been fired. The team is also encouraged to see what some of their younger players can contribute for the future. That opens up an opportunity for Spears to see a bigger role in the future.

At worst, the third-year straight will continue to have a steady role as a pass-catcher for an offense that will continue to feature in negative play scripts. At best, he will handle the pass-catching duties and get more opportunities on the field for a team trying to identify attacking mainstays going forward.

Deep Sleeper: Zavier Scott, Minnesota Vikings vs Philadelphia Eagles (1% selected)

The Vikings have one more week with Aaron Jones on injured reserve, which means Zavier Scott gets another week as RB2 behind Jordan Mason. In the three games leading up to Minnesota’s Week 6 bye, Scott averaged a 29.9% rush share and totaled 15 carries for 49 yards and seven receptions (on nine targets) for 63 yards and a touchdown.

Zavier Scott Advanced Stats and Stats Profile

The Vikings will play the Eagles in Week 7, and while Philadelphia’s offense seemed disjointed to begin the year, they still have more than enough talent to put up plenty of offensive production at any time. Scott could see an expanded role as a pass-catcher in a negative game script against a defense that has allowed the 12th most receiving yards to running backs this season (217).

Honorable mention: Tyler Allgeier, Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers (38% selected)

Tyler Allgeier has a 25% or better share and double digits in four of five games this season. The veteran running back has three games with at least 30 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Playing a consistent role in Atlanta’s backfield, Allgeier will face a 49ers defense that will be without their best defensive lineman (Nick Bosa) and linebacker (Fred Warner) for the rest of the season. That makes it worth considering as a streaming option for Week 7.

Streaming Options for Wide Receivers Week 7

Sterling Shepard, Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Detroit Lions (11% selected)

The Buccaneers’ passing attack took another hit in Week 6 when Emeka Egbuka suffered a hamstring injury that is expected to sideline him for the foreseeable future. That, combined with previous injuries to Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (fibula), leaves the Buccaneers’ passing attack in a pinch.

Sterling Shepard has a history with Baker Mayfield dating back to their days at Oklahoma and has been the most consistent tertiary weapon in the Buccaneers’ passing attack this season. Shepard has averaged a 59.8% share, 4.5 targets, 3.2 receptions and 40.3 receiving yards per game this season.

The Buccaneers expect to get Evans back this week, but they will still be without Egbuka and Godwin. Shepard will likely serve as the team’s primary slot receiver this week (120 slot snaps, 49.8% in 2025), an area Mayfield is targeting. The Lions will also be without three starters from their second division due to injuries and suspensions, making Shepard an extra attractive player.

Deep Sleeper: Jordan Whittington, Los Angeles Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars (6% selected)

Puka Nacua will miss the Week 7 game due to an ankle injury. That leaves Jordan Whittington in a position to be fantasy relevant against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jordan Whittington profile for advanced stats and stats

Whittington has already played a minor role in the Rams’ passing attack this season (13 targets, 10 receptions and 112 receiving yards in five games). However, his role increased dramatically in 2024 when Nacua was not on the field. During those games, Whittington averaged 5.4 targets, 4.2 receptions and 57.4 receiving yards to go with 10.2 PPR points per game.

The Rams rank fifth in success rate above expectations to start the season (+2.1%), giving Whittington plenty of opportunity to put together a solid fantasy day following Nacua’s injury.

Tight End Week 7 Streaming Options

Harold Fannin Jr., Cleveland Browns vs Miami Dolphins (49% selected)

Harold Fannin Jr. had the most productive game of his rookie season in Week 6, catching seven of ten targets for 81 yards. Fannin had his highest fantasy point total (15.1) and his third game finished among the top 12 among tight end scorers this season. He also has three straight games with a red zone target and a total of four red zone targets on the season.

More importantly, David Njoku suffered a knee injury during Cleveland’s game against the Green Bay Packers and has been ruled out for the Week 7 game against the Miami Dolphins. That allows Fannin to play a more prominent role in the passing attack.

Miami is allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to tight ends this season (9.6) and has given up the third-most receiving yards to the position (410). With Njoku out, Fannin could take advantage of this matchup with a useful performance.

Deep Sleeper: Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers vs Indianapolis Colts (2% selected)

Quentin Johnston’s injury in Week 6 gave rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden II an opportunity to play a bigger role in the Chargers’ passing attack. He responded with a season-high eight targets, seven receptions and 68 receiving yards, leading to a top 12 tight end finish (11.8 PPR points).

Oronde Gadsden II Advanced Stats and Stats Profile

Gadsden has seen his rush share rise from 25.6% in Week 3 to 75% in Week 6. He has seemingly surpassed both Will Dissly (40% rush share) and Tyler Conklin (4% rush share) on the depth chart.

Targets won’t be easy to achieve when the Chargers’ wide receiver group is fully healthy, but Gadsden is a mismatch in the middle of the field and has passed on over 57% of the Chargers’ dropbacks over the last two weeks. He has scored at least seven goals in two of his last four games. That level of involvement is enough to have him on the fantasy radar.
