First, find your player’s team in the first column. Then follow that line to the THEIR POSITION column. That percentage indicates how much better or worse you can expect from them compared to what they usually score.

Example: Suppose you are unsure between Kenneth Walker (RB-SEA) and DeVonta Smith (WR-PHI). For Walker: look for SEA in the first column. Follow that row to the RB column and you’ll see that his positional matchup is 15%. That’s a pretty positive matchup. Then search for Smith PHI in the first column. Follow that row to the WR column and you’ll see that his positional matchup is -13%, which is a fairly negative matchup. Considering both players average just under 12 points per game, I would choose Walker.
