“Today President Trump says that if he was the president, there would be no war, and I am pretty sure it would indeed be,” Putin told reporters after a three -hour meeting with President Trump. “I can confirm that.”
“In 2022, during the last contact with the previous administration, I tried to convince my previous American colleague that the situation would not be brought about when it would come to the hostilities, and I said it was pretty immediately that it is a big mistake,” Putin said reporters.
