Disgraced ex-CNN host Don Lemon on Saturday dismissed charges of storming an ongoing church service and harassing churchgoers with radical left thugs in an illegal anti-ICE protest and threatened to become even more radical in the future.
Lemon was arrested Friday morning for his involvement in the storming of a church in Minneapolis earlier this month with deranged left-wing activists. Lemon and his fellow anti-ICE insurgents illegally invaded the church service, interrupted the worship service and closed the church because the pastor alleged ties to ICE.
Lemon live-streamed his participation in the event. “This is what the First Amendment is about, the freedom to protest,” Don Lemon said as his mob harassed families with children, explicitly stating his intent to terrorize members of the church. “I’m sure people here don’t like it, but protests are not pleasant.”
As noted in the unsealed indictmentLemon and his co-conspirators”oppressed, threatened and intimidated the Church’s congregantsand pastors by physically occupying most of the aisle and rows of seats at the front of the church, engaging in threatening and threatening behavior, (for some) singing and yelling loudly at the pastor and congregants, and/or physically obstructing them as they attempted to leave the church and/or move within the church.”
He then refused a request from the pastor to leave the church. While “pepper[ing] ask him questions promote the message of the operation…ignored the pastor’s request and did not immediately leave the church,” the complaint reads.
Lemon was further involved in the planning stages of the attack on religious freedoms. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Lemon essentially admitted that he was embedded with co-conspirator and BLM activist Nekima Armstrong and the group of rabid protesters and that he had direct knowledge of the plan but could not reveal it to his audience. “These operations are surprise operations,” Lemon said on his livestream. “Again, we can’t tell you where they’re going.”
As stated in the indictment: “During the pre-operation briefing, defendants said ARMSTRONG and ALLEN advised other co-conspirators, including defendants KELLY, LEMON, []LUNDY, CREW, FORT, and [] about the goal of their operation (i.e., Cities Church) and provided instructions on how the The operation would take place as soon as they arrived at the church.”
“During a conversation with defendant ARMSTRONG at thepre-operative briefing, (a) Defendant LEMON thanked Defendant ARMSTRONG forwhat she was doing and assured her that he “didn’t say… what’s going on on’ (i.e. did not disclose the purpose of the operation); (b) defendantARMSTRONG explained that ‘operation Pullup’ was a ‘clandestine’ operation in which they and other troublemakers would ‘appear somewhere’a key location, [where the targets] don’t expect us to…, and we’ll disrupt businessas usual. That’s what we’re going to do now.’; and (c) Defendant Lemon said he would see her there,” the complaint continues.
“Before heading to church to join his co-conspirators, Defendant LEMON advised his livestream audience, ‘We’re going to the operation. Again, we’re not going to give away any information.’ (i.e. operational details that would reveal where he and his co-conspirators were going).”
Lemon told his podcast audience on Saturday: “I think people are thinking, I’m really scared. I’m not, and you don’t even know the experience that I’ve had over the last few days. And I’ll talk about it at some point, and I’ll see, maybe it’s sooner rather than later, but we’ll see. But it wasn’t what I expected at all in many ways.”
He then suggested that he found the entire experience of being arrested and charged with a crime “positive,” noting that it “really opened my eyes to a lot.” With a maniacal laugh, Lemon further taunted conservatives, saying, “If you think I was outspoken before this, [laughter] just wait.
“I know there are people who are like, oh, you know, do this, and you know I’m going to get locked up or whatever. I’m not worried about that,” he continued. “You heard the truth, and the truth will set you free. I don’t even worry about that. Like, don’t even think about it.”

If you know, if I have a device or something, I’ll say something in it, but I have so many thoughts, and what this did really opened my eyes to a lot. So if you think I was open about this, [laughter] just wait.
Just wait. So I know there are people who are like, oh, you know, do this, and you know I’m going to get locked up or something. I don’t worry about that. You have heard the truth, and the truth will set you free. I don’t even worry about that. Like, don’t even think about it. So no matter what you know, no matter what happens, I always think that if you have that mentality, something good will always happen. Thank you very much.
