1. Size of the offer
The IPO collects up to RS 1,900 Crore, consisting of a new problem of RS 472 Crore and an offer for sale of RS 1,428 Crore by existing investors.
2. Price band and GMP
The price band is set at RS 98-103 per share, with a nominal value of RE 1 each. In this reach, Urban Company will order a post-issuing market capitalization of RS 14,095 Crore to RS 14,790 Crore. Prior to the opening of the problem, the Gray Market Premium (GMP) is around RS 10.
3. Lot size and minimal investment
Investors can offer in many 145 shares, which translates into a minimum investment of approximately RS 14,935 at the bottom of the tire.
4. IPO reservation
Qualified institutional buyers have assigned 75% of the supply (RS 1,423 crore), while non-institutional investors (NIIS) received 15% (RS 285 crore) and retail investors 10% (RS 190 Crore).
5. Discount of employees
Employees who register under the reserved part receive an RS 9 per share discount, with a maximum of 2.5 crore shares reserved for them.
6. IPO time lines
The allocation for the public offer will be completed on 15 September. Restitutions/credit of shares will take place on September 16 and the list is planned for September 17 on both BSE and NSE.

Founded in 2014 as Urbanclap by Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Raghav Chandra and Varun Khaitan, Urban Company is now the leading platform for full-stack full-stack home and beauty services.
8. Business model
Urban Company connects consumers with trained service professionals in categories such as cleaning, beauty, repairs, pest control and well -being. It also sells products under the ‘native’ brand, including water purifiers and smart locks.
9. Strong points
The company emphasizes its hyperlocal, technology -driven model, strong brand confidence and high repeat use. According to Redseer, Urban Company has completed more than 97 million service bites in India since the beginning, with professionals on the 15-20% platform earning more than colleagues in food delivery or rapid trade.
10. Outlook
The IPO of Urban Company is rare this year in the technical space of India and is closely monitored for both prices and investors reception. The scale, the token of the brand for consumers and integration of product sales in addition to services make it one of the most interesting offers from FY26.
