IU Football is 5-0 with victories against Illinois and Iowa and is number 8 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 Poll.
De Hoosiers are eliminated this weekend and will travel to Autzen Stadium to record no. 2 Oregon on Saturday 11 October.
IU started the season ranked no. 26 in the ESPN Football Power Index (FPI), but has since risen nationally after five weeks of the regular season to number 5.
In the preseason, the FPI projected De Hoosiers to end up 9-3 with losses to Iowa, Oregon and Penn State.
