The organizing committee of the Islamic Solidarity Games 2025, invites a member of a member of Dodelijk for one or two white badge (WB), Blue Badge in Progress (GDP), Blue Badge (BB), Gold Badge (GB) Umpires in Nominate for the upcoming prestigious event,, from November 8 – November 13, 2025.
Priority will be given to referees from Islamic countries.
Hospitality starts from lunch on November 7, 2025 until breakfast on day after the task has ended.
All invited referees apart from the referees of the last days must organize their own transport to the region, as well as travel and medical insurance. Moreover, all invited referees are responsible for early arrival and leave departure.
Aviation tickets are arranged by the locomotive; fees for independently booked flights
will not be provided. Keep in mind that the locomotive is unable to facilitate domestic trips in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Every personal journey that goes beyond the official event schedule must be arranged
Individual and on own responsibility.
If a nominated referee requires a visa, send friendly relevant information after selection (full name such as passport, date of birth, date of birth, passport number, expiration date of passport) to the organizing committee.
Keep in mind that all costs related to the visa application are the responsibility of the applicant and the issue of a visa is at his own discretion of the relevant consulate or embassy.
Every referee receives daily fee per match day per locomotive:
International referees: 120 USD
