Las Vegas, NV (February 8, 2026)– UFC Fight Night: Bautista vs. Oliveira took place on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas. In the main event, #9 Mario Bautista, 32, (17-3) defeated Vinicius Oliveira, 30, (23-4) via submission (rear-naked choke) in the second round.
In the main event, Mario Bautista dominated the wrestling exchanges, eventually taking Oliveira’s back and landing a rear-naked choke at 4:46 of round 2. After the win, Bautista called for a rematch with Cory Sandhagen.
In the Flyweight Co-Main Event, Kyoji Horiguchi tore up Amir Albazi’s face over three rounds, earning a clean sweep on the scorecards (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) to re-establish himself as a title contender.
Rizvan Kuniev defeated Jailton Almeida via unanimous decision at heavyweight in a fight that was criticized by fans for extended periods of inactivity along the fence.
At middleweight, Michal Oleksiejczuk and Marc-André Barriault put on a fierce back-and-forth battle that earned Fight of the Night honors. Oleksiejczuk won by unanimous decision.
