Plainville, ma – Apple Fritter (Pilot discretion) Enjoyed a Garden Spot tour through Plainridge Park on its way to the win of racing in the recommended $ 17,500 trot on Tuesday (August 26) afternoon.
Mitchell Cushing got away in the bag behind Castel Lindy (Bruce Ranger) who fought half in: 56.2 against the parked Sangria girl (Drew Campbell). Sangria Girl is finally tired, but then Swan Faith (Drew Monti) came from behind and was again in Castel Lindy’s throat locking while Apple Fritter continued to set up the action. Swan Faith’s attack lasted halfway through the last turn where she gave faded and Apple Fritter a clear path to the worn leader. When they entered the track, Apple Fritter went next to Castel Lindy and the two swung together to the wire where Apple Fritter forged the lead through a head and won in 1: 55.4.
