When I started with a healthy keto, I never believed that I should worry about becoming lean.
Adding carbohydrates will stop weight loss, but it will also hit you out of ketosis (fat burning). Do not increase your carbohydrates above 50 grams. Instead, if you get too thin on keto, the carbohydrates do not hold higher than 50 grams per day, keep the protein below 8 oz. Per meal, and try to consume a large amount of salad or vegetables.
These foods are not recommended:
· Avoid grains (all grain products and rice products)
· Avoid fruit except berries: raspberries and blackberry
Recommended:
· Start with weight training (low repetitions – high weight) – Increases muscle mass
Recommended: Increase more fat:
· Add the MCT oil / butter (bulletproof coffee)
· Make a teeccino (natural decaffeinated – herbal coffee) and then add MCT or butter.
· Make ketobommen (thick cookies)
· Nuts, Nutbutters, Almond butter, peanut butter
· Can be eaten carbohydrates: carrots

Having several drinks, keto bombs and nuts throughout the day will delay your weight loss. Your body then goes after this nutritional fat and turns it into ketones. You will be in ketosis, but you will just not lose weight. Keep them in the freezer and at the end of each meal have several until you are pretty full and you no longer lose weight.
Nuts are good. Nutbutters are good. Almond butter is great. Healthy peanut butter is good. You can use it with celery.
In order not to lose weight, the nutritional fat increases and keeps our carbohydrates below 50 grams. You could add more berries. You can add carrots. Keep your protein about 7 to 8 grams per meal.
Try to consume as much salad and vegetables as possible to keep you healthy by offering all the nutrients and vitamins and minerals.
Finally, do two meals a day and squeeze it in the bulletproof coffee around those two meals and maybe one in the early morning.
