We live in … interesting times. Artificial intelligence has become an important point of attention, in which many Americans are concerned about how young technology can influence their livelihood in the coming years.

Until now we have not seen a widespread use of AI in Auto design. A few companies have worked on the idea – as Alpine leaned on AI to speed up the design process. But as far as we know, no automotive sculptor loses their job at a computer. At least not yet.

So when we heard from Vittori, an American startup that claimed to produce the world’s first ‘AI Hypercar’, we were skeptical. The first sketches looked promising, but in our minds no programming could not replicate the heart and soul that car designers have placed in every project.

Today, Vittori debuted his unnamed hybrid hypercar in Miami – and we are perfect thinned.

Although the company shoves from mentioning “AI” specifically everywhere in its official materials – it is clear. Vittori says that the vehicle uses “Future-Forward Technology” in its development, and we can only imagine what that means.

Designed in collaboration with Pininfarina, the new Hypercar from Vittori does not look bad; It has shades of the McLaren GT in its DNA, especially at the front and in the general profile. The hexagonal grid is unique, with two large ventilation openings on either side just below the ultra-slim headlights.

The back is a bit busier. Dramatic, angular rear lights surround quad outlets in the middle of the bumper. A huge diffuser with vertical details runs to the base of the lights, while bronze accents surround the car and compensate for a nice deep blue paint. Vittori says that his Hypercar is about the same size as a Lamborghini Revuelto.

Even the interior gives large McLaren -Vibes with a vertically oriented touchscreen in the center console, two air openings just above and a defined partition that separates the driver and passenger. Behind the wheel is a digital instrument cluster.

Vittori says his Hypercar uses a “patented powertrain developed by Italtecnica”. The Italian engineering company has a history of building Bonkers engines. In this case, the Vittori is powered by a 6.8-liter V-12 hybrid with a single electric motor on the front axle.

The combined output is 1,110 hp, while it is estimated to be 2.5 seconds before the Hypercar touches 62 miles per hour. That is similar to rivals as diverse as the Ferrari 849 Testarossa and Koenigsegg Jesko. We still do not know the top speed, but Vittori promises that the Hypercar will be worthy.

‘Our dream was to create a beautiful, fast vehicle that evoked emotion and a sense of connection. We didn’t want to make any other Supercar – we wanted to build something that feels like flight, such as sculpture, such as power within reach. We tried to build a reality where performance, beauty, control and freedom could exist in one car- without compromises. ‘ – Founder and CEO of Vittori, Carlos Cruz.

Vittori says that the first prototype runs and drives, which means that it is at least closer to production than some other Supercar startups we have seen. The production is planned to start somewhere next year in Italy and the Hypercar is limited to only 50 examples worldwide.

Prices are announced at a later time, but do not expect anything south of $ 1 million.
