For Jackie and Dominic Stephenson, the auction on Saturday on 4/16 Albert St marked the end of a deep personal chapter.
“We are really happy,” said Mrs. Stephenson.
“It was a very competitive campaign and we could not have asked for more.”

The couple bought the villa with three bedrooms before the pandemic and lived the Lockdowns of Melbourne there, even faithfully in residence.
“We were even married while we lived here, so the house has been a large part of our lives,” she said.
They said that the entertainment space outside would be the most difficult to leave behind.
