Taps at Royale Gold Coast
Royale Gold Coast has reached two major milestones in its construction journey, with the absolute beachfront tower now officially topping out and the signature architectural crown fully installed.
These achievements mark a defining moment for the development, bringing the tower one step closer to its planned completion in March 2026.
Buyers are ready to move in before Easter
The tower culminated with the final concrete pour of level 38, confirming structural completion. Hutchinson Builders has since moved construction into the finishing stages, culminating in the installation of the sculptural crown that now sits atop Royale Gold Coast.
Standing 10 meters high, the Crown is an intricate architectural element crafted using precision engineering.
Comprised of 40 individually designed truss members and more than 200 infill panels, the structure forms a dramatic sculptural silhouette that embodies the elegance, ambition and identity of Royale Gold Coast.
DD Living founder and managing director David Devine said reaching both milestones represented extraordinary progress for the project team.
“Climbing the tower and now seeing the Crown fully installed are exceptional milestones for Royale Gold Coast and a testament to the skill and dedication of everyone involved,” Devine said.
“This includes the visionary work of architect Koos de Keizer, founder and director of DKO Architects, whose design leadership has been fundamental in shaping Royale Gold Coast into the architectural statement it has become.
“From the outset, my aim was to create an ultra-luxurious building of outstanding design in one of Australia’s most remarkable beachfront locations.
“The completion of the Crown, now a landmark visible in the Gold Coast landscape, shows how close we are to realizing that vision.
“The Crown is a sculptural statement that reflects the design ambition behind Royale.
“Its completion marks the beginning of the tower’s latest transformation. I am thrilled to see Royale Gold Coast confidently becoming the landmark I always envisioned.”
Located in an absolute corner beachfront location at 7–9 Northcliffe Terrace, Surfers Paradise, Royale Gold Coast has been designed to maximize the prized north-eastern aspect and provide ocean views from every home.
It features resort-style facilities
The development comprises 104 luxury apartments spread over 38 floors, each crafted with generous ‘house-sized’ floor plans, high-end finishes and exceptional privacy.
TOTAL Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said the combination of the pinnacle and Crown installation signals significant building momentum and growing excitement among buyers.
“Buyers can now truly appreciate the full architectural form of the building, and excitement continues to grow among buyers seeking a brand new, absolute beachfront residence with world-class amenities,” said Parsons.
“We only have a limited collection of three- and four-bedroom Sky Homes and Beach Homes, priced from $5.46 million, offering extensive floor plans and we expect interest to increase as the final phase progresses.”

Royale Gold Coast’s fully furnished exhibition apartment is open by private appointment.
The project will also deliver an extensive range of world-class amenities, including two large elevated lagoon-style beach pools, one of which has a 25-metre lap, making Royale the only absolute beachfront apartment complex on the Gold Coast with two outdoor pools.
Complementing this is the Royale Wellness Centre, a 110 m² state-of-the-art gym with stunning beach views through four-metre floor-to-ceiling windows, along with a steam room, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and a dedicated yoga terrace.
Club Royale on Level 1 continues to deliver six-star amenities across 560 square meters, featuring an executive lounge, a luxurious marble entertainment bar, a grand teppanyaki bar, a 14-seat formal dining room and a Cucina Chef commercial kitchen, an oversized basement room and multi-functional meeting rooms, all surrounded by spectacular beach and ocean views and with access to a large entertainer’s balcony.
