England is a difficult place to catch – Karun Nair
In a recent interview with Revportz, Karun Nair spoke about India’s field problems during the English tour and his striking version as a field player. He said:
“England is a difficult place to catch. If both teams drop a few catches, there must be factors. It has been a really difficult series to see the ball occasionally and then get your hands in the right position to catch.
“One second shows in seeing the ball the difference can make the difference. While practicing it was about recreating those situations and background where the ball can come from and concentrate on how we would not respond if we did not see the ball either. I have always been someone who has worked on my catch, and in my career is obvious for me.”
