Big Race Jim here with some Saturday scores to share.
The past The thread Comprehensive Disability Report (CHR) identified 3 outright winners this weekend over 7 stakes races at Gulfstream and Santa Anita.
Here’s how it went:
GOLF STREAM PARK:
Commitment to Sweet Songs – WIN Sister Troienne dominated. We predicted her at a 48% win probability, the clear class of this field with four straight wins including the Ginger Brew Stakes. She scored three wide under a hold, took over at the five-sixteenth marker and rode 3¾ lengths clear as she in hand. We passed on the win bet due to the prohibitive odds but had her number 1 in our multi-race betting section.
Forward Gal Stakes (G3) – WIN We made On time girl our win bet on an expected 3-1. Our model gave her a 28% chance of winning in a pace setup that screamed closer. Cox/Ortiz combo, nine-week refresh, career-best Beyer enters. She stalked three wide, tagged out in the stretch and pulled away by 3½ lengths.
Our secondary game Secretly good hit the board 3rd.
Holy Bull Bet (G3) – WIN
Almost was our top selection with a projected 6-5. Undefeated at Gulfstream, Pletcher/Velazquez shooting, sprint-to-route angle with a tempo lineup that collapsed the speed. He dueled outside down the backstretch and kicked away at the quarter pole for an 8¾ length victory.
Kitten’s Joy Stakes – MULTI-RACE SELECTION WIN Centipedes won and was our #2 selection in the multi-race betting section (22% odds of winning). We didn’t have him as our main win bet, but CHR identified him as a key player. He pushed the pace two wide, went clear on the bend and held off Redland Rebels in a long drive.
Swale Stakes – PLACE We made Class president our win bet on an expected 7-2 in a suicidal pace scenario. Loneliness dude won (he was our #1 multi-race selection with a 42% chance of winning, but we passed on the win bet due to the 4-5 price). Class president went exactly according to our script. He stalked in, couldn’t match the winner, but ran a solid second.
SANTA ANITA:
Megahertz Bets (G3) – PLACE Our win bet Vibes ran second. We had her as our #2 selection for multiple races (22% win probability) and highlighted her as the proven course/distance specialist (won the Swingate Stakes right on this trip), coming out of G1 company. Closing from 7th, she rallied for a walk and rose for place money on a nose shot.
Our secondary game Then want took third place.
THE BOTTOM LINE:
The CHR is not about picking every favorite. It’s over find value And identifying the horses that matter in every race.
✅ 3 outright winners identified
✅ 2 win bets both of which paid (On Time Girl $4.20, almost $5.40)
✅ Multiple Exactas and Trifectas with our top selections
✅ Top 3 selections with multiple races hitting across the board
If you get winners of $4.20 and $5.40 that the model predicted at lower prices, you are playing with an edge. When your best multi-race selections win at $3.00 and $8.60, cover the right horses in your horizontal positions.
This is what data-driven disability looks like.
