The Phoenix Suns have applied many schedule changes this season, and how many games they will win next season will be influenced immediately. Much more than/with predictions in this phase of the summer, they have around 31.5 victories, which would probably not be enough to even make the play-in tournament in a busy Western conference.
On the other hand, the franchise won only 36 wins last season – and that was with Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal for the ride – and did not make the play -in. Fans have already mentally prepared themselves for losing that will come when the Suns returned to Devin Booker, and many are enthusiastic about the prospect of a younger and more hungry selection that reverses.
Book will again be an all-star when he returns to the Alpha status.
It was not so surprising to see that Booker did not mention an All-Star last season, but fans in the valley should have given that an indication of how far they have fallen in the eyes of fans in the competition. You would have thought that Booker was popular enough to get there alone through fan mood, while he still did an average of 25.6 points and achieved a career high 7.1 assists every night.
But because Durant stood on the Roster – and he was called an All -Star – it overshadowed and almost all the good that booker did. That is because – just like when he played for Team USA – he had no problem going in the back when needed, what was needed to deal with the scoring exploits of Durant to help the Suns win. Unfortunately they didn’t win much.
That will be the case again this season, but there is now one huge difference. Everything will be adjusted again to Booker, up to Jalen Green, who may accept point watch tasks to start the season. If there was one thing that Booker derailed when he tried to be the do-it-all scorer that had no problem to turn against opponents in the past, it changed him to a facilitator.

The All-Star game is also just as well a popularity competition as everything, and we all know how well an elite scorer resonates with fans. The preseason of the Suns games of the United States also shows that Booker is still a lot of demand all over the world, while his characteristic shoes have also proved to be popular.
The only thing that is missing is exactly the thing that Phoenix can give the 28-year-old in 2025-26. Not the chance to fight – that can take a few years – but a selection that will be built up every night around his incredible ability to score the basketball. If he can grab that opportunity as he did in the past, it is back to the exhibition in the middle season for D-Book.
