Think of iconic cruiser bicycle brands, and Harley-Davidson will inevitably come to your mind. After all, the cruiser segment has always been really important for the motorcycle company. From our three choices it is the outbreak that takes the cake with a mile. Why do you ask? Well, because of the aggressive chopper look in Dragster style. The 21-inch front wheel is a rare face for cruisers in general, and the same can be said for the fleshy back of 240 section. Add the Uber-Long wheelbase, and what you have is a certified head-turner of a bicycle. We also dig the new-for-2026 color options, such as Centerline yellow, brilliant red and our favorite, midnight fire storm with flame images.

Secondly, the low rider S. It has always been an aggressive cruiser in the HD line-up, thanks to the chopper-like design and the potential total status. There are a number of beautiful design instructions here, such as a small headlight box, darkened mechanics, a sporty fender and alloy wheels. But the closer you look, the more the breakout this aim. The air filter assembly and fuel tank, for example, both have much less oomph on the low rider. The two-in-two outlet of the Breakout is also our preference above the new exhaust of the low rider new for 2025.

Last but not least is the sportswoman S. It is a very different design than the Softails, which inspire by old-school flat track bikes. The tires of the ballontype, Uber-minimalist body panels and a separate headlight give it a unique identity that many new-age riders dig. The upward exhaust is also a very cool design element, even though it is not particularly practical (if you like to take piling). But for us the low driver and breakout both fit better in the HD Bill. Everything said and done, design is really a subjective something, so feel free not to agree with us in the reactions.

Let’s dive deep into the design of the outbreak. At the top it has a new LED headlight and Nacelle for 2025. This is slimmer and more minimalist than the previous gene model. A further look also reveals updated LED-Turn signals and chrome triple trees to hold the forks. In the middle, the air cleaner is new, with a larger, more integrated shape. The tank, tail and saddle in the meantime remain the same as before.

Although there is more chrome for 2025, the outbreak has also become much more modern. Harley has thrown here in his right Rider Aid Suite, which includes the bend stream, bends, drag-torque slip control and driving modes. This is covered with sympathetic inclusions such as TPMS, Cruise Control, a USB Type-C port and new switchgear. Our only complaint is the basic semi-digital instrument cluster, which looks identical to the cheapest cruiser of Harley: The Nightster. Given that these costs more than twice the money, we expect better here.

What is the need for all that electronic competence? Because there is a powerful powerhouse under the skin. Before 2025, the Breakout has the Milwaukee-Eight 117 custom Engine with small updates about last year’s 117 engine. So the output here is 104 hp and 126 pound-foot-three PK and three pound-foot more than the 2024 bicycle. All that power reaches the wheel via a six -speed gearbox driven by a chain. Yes, there is no low -maintenance belt drive here.

Comes to the substantiation, the breakout is built around a steel double cradle chassis. It shakes on Showa 49 mm double bending telescopic forks and a Showa Monoshock. Only the latter offers adjustment (hydraulic pre -tension). This is tied up with a chopper-inspired wheel combination (21-inch front and 18-inch back), each with a single disc brake to slow you down. That is a bit of a bummer, given this weighs almost 700 pounds completely fed. What you might like is the huge rear wheel of 240 sections. It is one of the widest in the Cruiser World!

Harley, however, did best to make sure you don’t feel that weight. The chair is Uber-Lage at 25.6 inches, the footstimines are set forward and the tubular handlebar is wide. The two -part saddle also seems quite spacious, with a separate part for the Pilion. The low and long shape is now at the expense of the bend space. You get less than 27 centimeters lean angle, whether on the right or left.
