Meet Annu Singleton, A proud special Olympics -athlete from Baltimore with 26 years of experience and a passion for inspiring others. He participated in 18 sports, including track” Fast -skate” swimming And rider. Annu is a certified athlete leader, Global and Health Messenger, vice -chairman of the Special Olympics Maryland Athlete leadership council and a Torch Run® law enforcement For Special Olympics Maryland Ambassador. He is also a dancer, gamer, comedian, impressionist and crossfit fan who sets a good example and appreciates friendship.
Daniel Fundo
Daniel Fundo is a personal trainer in Florida who helps people with disabilities to reach them health And appropriate Goals. As a health knife, he coaches Special Olympics Florida athletes and learns the Fit 5 Program, focused on fitness, food and hydration.
His most important advice: “Stay consistent with a healthy lifestyle – it’s more than fitness and food; it also includes sleep and emotions.”
