Two intense days of learning, hard work and athletic growth. The training camp, organized by Butterfly, BrainFast and Universidad San Francisco de Quito, concluded with great success.
On the first day, Saturday, October 11, participants focused on key topics such as warm-ups, serving and receiving, as well as strategies for dealing with pressure during matches.
On the second day, the athletes performed a competition simulation, applying everything they had learned the day before.
In addition, BrainFast gave a valuable lecture on ‘invisible training’, emphasizing the importance of mentality, rest and habits for top sport. Thank you to all the players and coaches who were part of this experience.
This camp series is made possible thanks to the support of Butterfly, who provided the official balls, and BrainFast, a company dedicated to neuro-linguistic programming applied to high-performance athletics.
