In one of my weight gain YouTube videos I presented one of my meals, a delicious carnivore salad. I wanted to share my recipe with you!

How to make the best carnivore salad

To make the best carnivore salad, I used smoked chicken! It really just steps this high protein salad to a delicious meal! If you don’t have smoked chicken, you feel free to use regular chicken and you can spice with Redmond’s smoked salt to give it that tasty smoky taste.

You can also add freely what you want! But this is my favorite way to have a high protein salad! I would like to know, what do you like on your salad?
